Checks to agree with the sample
- Embroidery
- Specify motif dimensions, placement, stitch coverage, base fabric and backing. Approve thread colour, reverse-side finish and wash requirements on the actual fabric.
- Crochet
- Specify stitch pattern, yarn, dimensions and joining points. Compare repeat size, tension, edge finish and component fit against the approved sample.
- Knitwear
- Specify yarn composition, gauge, measurements and size grading. Agree fit, seam construction, finishing and any washing or shrinkage checks before production.
- Hand finishing
- Specify application placement, attachment method and edge finish. Approve alignment, attachment security, appearance and packaging for decorated garments.
